Who you are dealing with

Mishri Devi Charitable Trust is the legal entity that runs West Academy Sr. Sec. School and is the merchant of record for every fee payment made through this portal. Fees are collected by the school, for the school. The portal software is operated by Edquark on the school's behalf; Edquark is not a party to the fee arrangement between you and the school.

Response times

Fee and payment queries raised during office hours are normally answered the same working day. A refund arising from a failed or duplicate online payment is handled as set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
