What the School provides
Mishri Devi Charitable Trust runs West Academy Sr. Sec. School, a school in India providing formal school education. The services it provides to its students are:
- Classroom teaching for the classes the School offers, across the academic session.
- Examinations and assessment, with results and report cards issued by the School.
- School bus transport— optional, for families who opt in, on the School's own routes and stops.
What is sold through this portal
School fees, and nothing else. Fees are payable to Mishri Devi Charitable Trust by the parents and guardians of students enrolled at West Academy Sr. Sec. School. There is no product catalogue, no subscription, and nothing that can be bought by a member of the public.
A bill may cover tuition, annual, admission and registration charges, examination fees, subject charges, transport for students who use the bus, and any late or cheque-return charge actually incurred. Every amount depends on the individual student, so the exact figure is shown to you itemised on the Fees screen after you sign in — see Pricing & Checkout.
Who may transact
Only a parent or guardian signed in with the login the school office issued for their child. There is no public sign-up and no way to create an account yourself, so nobody outside the School's own families can transact here. See Terms & Conditions.
How the service is delivered
No physical goods are sold, dispatched or shipped. Nothing is couriered, nothing is posted, and no delivery address is collected from you — there is no shipping involved in anything on this portal.
- The education itselfis delivered at the School's premises over the academic session, which runs April to March, according to the School's calendar.
- Transport, where a family has opted in, is provided on the School's routes for the months billed.
- What an online payment delivers is immediate. Once the gateway confirms the payment, the portal issues a numbered fee receipt and reduces the outstanding balance. The receipt can be viewed and printed straight away from the Receipts screen. If the gateway is slow to confirm, the payment is re-checked automatically and settles without you having to do anything.
Service area and currency
Services are provided at the School's premises in India. Payments are accepted in Indian Rupees (INR) only. The School's address, phone and email are on Contact Us.
What is not offered
No goods, no subscriptions, no third-party products, no resale of anything, and no services to the general public. If a payment does not go through, or money leaves your account without a receipt appearing, follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
