Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the use of this portal and the payment of school fees to Mishri Devi Charitable Trust(“the School”) through it. By signing in or by making a payment, you accept them.
1. Who may use the portal
Logins are issued by the School to enrolled students and their parents or guardians, and to its staff. The portal is not open to the public and no account can be created by self-registration. The School may suspend or withdraw a login at any time, in particular where a student is no longer enrolled.
2. Your login
A login belongs to one family and must not be shared outside it. You are responsible for keeping the password confidential and for everything done under your login. Tell the School at once if you believe someone else has it. Do not attempt to access another student's records or to interfere with the working of the portal.
3. Fees payable
Fees are set by the School and are billed per class and per academic session, as described on the Pricing & Checkoutpage. The amount payable at any moment is the outstanding balance shown in the School's records at that moment. Figures shown in the portal are generated from those records; where a display and the School's books differ, the School's books govern, and the School will correct the difference.
4. Making a payment
- Online payment settles the full outstanding balance. Part payments are accepted at the school office, not online.
- The payment is completed on the hosted page of our payment gateway, Cashfree Payments. Your use of that page is also subject to the gateway's and your bank's terms.
- The School adds no convenience fee, service charge or surcharge to an online payment. Any charge your own bank or card issuer levies is a matter between you and them.
5. When a payment counts as made
A payment is treated as received only when the gateway confirms it to the School and a receipt number is issued against it. A confirmation screen at the gateway, an SMS from your bank, or a debit on your statement is not by itself proof that the School has received the money. Until the receipt exists, the dues stand. A receipt, once issued, is the conclusive record of the payment; it can be viewed and printed from the portal.
A payment that fails leaves no receipt and does not change your balance. A payment debited but not confirmed is handled as set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
6. Late payment
Fees are due by the dates in the School's fee schedule. Late payment may attract the School's late fee, and a dishonoured cheque attracts the School's cheque-return charge, both as notified by the School from time to time.
7. Content and records
Academic records, receipts, notices and other material in the portal are provided for the use of the student and their parents or guardians. You may print or download your own child's records. You may not republish, sell or otherwise make them available to third parties.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the portal available at all times but it may be unavailable during maintenance, or because of a failure at the gateway, a network or a hosting provider. The School is not liable for a payment you could not make because the portal or the gateway was unavailable; fees remain payable and can always be paid at the school office.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, the School's liability arising out of the use of this portal is limited to the amount of the payment in question.
10. Changes
The School may update these terms. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the “Last updated” date shown below. Continuing to use the portal after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts having jurisdiction over the location of the School's registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them.
